LaunchLab Digital sells digital products that are delivered instantly and accessible immediately after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are generally final and we are unable to offer returns once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

We stand behind our products. If a download link fails, a file will not open, or the content does not match what is described on the product page, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix your access. If we cannot resolve the issue, we will provide a refund at our discretion.
